Hi my name is Giovanni De La Torre, I'm also known as Gio. I chose to become a REALTOR because I enjoy helping people out as much as I can and I'd like to start helping people achieve their goal of purchasing their dream home. My favorite part of the business is having a great support system with helpful and positive people.

Before becoming a REALTOR I was an HVAC technician and installer. Because of having that experience I gained social skills which have benefited me in communicating with new people confidently.

I have lived in Waterford for over 20 years. My favorite hobbies aside from Real Estate are traveling and spending time with friends and family.
